WINEMAKING NOTES
This rosé is a blend of grape varieties Mourvèdre (48%), Carménère (44%) and Petit Verdot (8%). The grapes were direct pressed, and the majority cool fermented in stainless steel tanks using a combination of different aromatic yeast strains. The blend contains a 28% barrel component, fermented in old barriques. The tank component brings bright aromatics, and the barrel component provides volume, texture and added complexity to the final wine.

TASTING NOTES
Our Serieux Rosé has wonderful perfumed floral notes and fruit aromas of strawberry, pear and watermelon. The palate is refreshingly dry and textural with delicious red berry and guava flavours.
