WINEMAKING NOTES

This Rosé is a blend of Carménère (67%) and Mourvèdre (33%) grapes.  The grapes were held overnight on skins before being gently pressed. Fermentation was mainly in stainless steel tanks plus one older barrel for 5 months.

TASTING NOTES

This wine has a delightful floral and  fruity bouquet with aromas of ripe strawberry and  sweet red cherry. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with medium acidity.
