WINEMAKING NOTES

This Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir (83%) and Merlot (17%) grapes.  The Pinot Noir grapes were held overnight on skins before being gently pressed. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks. The Merlot was saigneed and fermented in an old barrel for 5 months.

TASTING NOTES

A fresh and vibrant Rosé with ripe strawberry aromas which follow through into the well-rounded, smoothly textured palate. Serve chilled as a lunch or aperitif wine.
