WINE MAKING NOTES

This wine is a blend of 5 clones of Gewürztraminer. A
medium crop of beautifully ripe fruit was harvested
between 13 March to 11 April 2020. The juice was
inoculated and fermented to off dry. The wine was allowed
to develop without sulphur for 9 months prior to blending
and bottling. An amount small was fermented in older
barrels to add texture and roundness.

TASTING NOTES

Aromatic perfumed and floral with hints of Turkish delight,
quince and honeysuckle. The palate is textural and opulent
with ripe stone fruit and honeyed notes, rich ginger spice and
balanced acidity. A perfect match for Asian cuisine.
