WINEMAKING NOTES
This wine was made from grapes grown on the stony
and sandy terrace of the vineyard. The grapes were
cold soaked for around 5 days and then fermented with
a mixture of wild and inoculated yeast. The wine was
then pressed and racked to French oak barriques where
it was aged for 12 months. The final blend has a 25%
new oak component and 38% one year old.

TASTING NOTES
Aromatic scented red fruits with sweet and toasted oak
notes, this wine is warm and inviting. Layers of
concentrated berry fruit and spice fill the palate,
supported by chocolatey tannins and finely grained oak
that adds richness and complexity, balanced with juicy
acidity.
