WINEMAKING NOTES
This Rosé is made from Pinot Noir with
grapes which were harvested on 30/03/19.
The fruit was held briefly on skins before
being gently pressed. Fermentation was in
stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES
A fresh and vibrant Rose made from Pinot Noir grapes. The
grapes were lightly pressed before being fermented cool to
retain the lovely savoury aromas and vibrancy of this delicious
wine. Serve chilled as a lunch or aperitif wine.
