The fruit for this wine was grown on the lower terraces of Askerne Vineyard.
The fruit was hand harvested, gently pressed then the juice was fermented in tank.

Aromas of pear and quince flow through to a rich dry palate. Additional nuances of brioche and custard add complexity to the nose and layers of richness to the palate.
Drink over the next year or cellar for up to five years.
