The fruit for this wine was grown on the lower terraces of Askerne Vineyard. The fruit was hand harvested on 21st March 2014. The wine was 100% tank fermented.

TASTING NOTES
This wine has pungent aromas of passion fruit and snow pea with underlying herbal notes of fennel and basil to add extra interest. The palate is rich, vibrant and dry. Enjoy this wine over the next couple of years. Great with salads, seafood and Summer lunches.
