WINEMAKING NOTES

 This Rosé from Askerne Vineyard is made from 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Malbec grapes. The fruit was hand harvested, given some skin contact and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES

Raspberry and cherry aromas dominate on the nose with fruit salad overtones and subtle yeasty notes. The palate is clean with lovely cherry and plum flavours. A hint of sweetness makes this a great Summer wine with salads, quiche and light poultry dishes. Serve lightly chilled
