TASTING NOTES
Lively gooseberry aromas with notes of passionfruit, lime and a hint of fig. The palate shows clean, fresh gooseberry and citrus with layers of passionfruit and some clean, herbal notes. This is a dry, nicely balanced Sauvignon to drink with food or on its own as a young wine. Great with salads, seafood and Summer lunches.
