WINEMAKING NOTES
The fruit for this wine was grown on the lower terraces of Askerne Vineyard. The fruit was hand harvested between 1st and 20th April. 97% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and 3% was fermented in barrel.

TASTING NOTES
Nectarine and gooseberry aromas on the nose follow through into the palate which displays clean, fresh gooseberry and citrus characters with layers of passionfruit and a clean herbaceous edge. The velvety palate shows white peach and nectarine with hints of citrus, apple and ginger. The wine works well with salads, quiche, fish or chicken.
