TASTING NOTES

Traditional winemaking techniques have produced this wine that displays blackberry, cherry aromas with hints of sweet tasty oak, mushroom and tamarillo on the nose. The palate is firm and vibrant with lively raspberry, mushroom and spice characters. This is a well structured wine that will complement cheeses, spicy sausages and   Mediterranean dishes. Aging potential 3 to 5 years.
