TASTING NOTES
Traditional winemaking techniques have produced this wine that displays aromas of cherry and plum with sweet vanilla oak and floral notes. Sweet red fruits with plum and guava dominate the palate with lingering cherry flavours and hints of chocolate. The wine is well rounded with sweet tannins and a long finish. Aging potential 3 to 5 years. A good accompaniment for venison or lamb.
