TASTING NOTES
Traditional winemaking techniques have produced this wine that displays aromas of dark berry and plum with truffle and spice. A well balanced wine with lifted berry and plum and a fine chalky tannin. Plum and spice follow on the finish. An all round wine to drink with pizza, pasta and Sunday roast. Aging potential 3 to 5 years.
