2009 LATE HARVEST SEMILLON
WINEMAKING NOTES
The fruit for this wine was grown on the upper terraces of Askerne Vineyard. The grapes were picked on 24th April with bunches selected for a medium botrytis infection. The wine was fermented in old French oak barriques then tank aged.

TASTING NOTES
Sweet lemon and tangelo aromas dominate on the nose with hints of spice and marmalade. These characters combine with dried apricot on the palate to produce this luscious, well rounded dessert wine. Enjoy on its own or with strong cheeses.
