TASTING NOTES
Traditional winemaking techniques have produced this wine that displays aromas of blackberry, plum and cherry fruit with violet floral influences. Sweet red fruits with plum and guava dominate the palate with lingering cherry flavours and a hint of chocolate. The wine is well rounded with sweet tannins and a long finish. Aging potential 3 to 5 years. A good accompaniment for venison or lamb.
