TASTING NOTES
The fruit for this wine was grown on the upper terraces of Askerne Vineyard The grapes were picked between 26thApril to 13h May 2005 with bunches selected for a medium botrytis infection. The wine fermented in old French oak barriques then was tank aged.

TASTING NOTES
Sweet honeysuckle, nut, citrus and apricot characters combine to produce this complex well rounded, dessert wine. A good partner for strong cheeses.
