TASTING NOTES
Traditional winemaking techniques have produced this classical red wine which combines spice, plum chocolate and floral characters with well-integrated supporting oak. The palate is full bodied with a lingering rich, textural finish. Enjoy now or over the next 3 to 5 years from vintage with beef or venison dishes.
