WINEMAKING
The fruit for this wine was grown mainly on the lower terraces of Askerne Vineyard. The blend is 77 % Sauvignon Blanc, 13 % Semillon and 10 % Sauvignon Gris. 43% was fermented in barrel (21 % new oak) and the balance was tank fermented.

TASTING NOTES
A complex blend of three varieties showing amazing concentration and richness from very ripe fruit. Fantastic fruit aromas of passionfruit, guava and tropical melon combine with crushed almond and cinnamon spice notes from the oak. The palate is full with excellent presence and focus and has a long, lingering finish.
