2018 Cabernet Franc
WINE MAKING NOTES
This wine was made from grapes grown on both the stony, sandy terrace of the vineyard and the heavier upper terrace.
The grapes were cold soaked for around 5 days then fermented. The resulting wine was then aged for around 12 months in French oak barrels, 30% new.

TASTING NOTES
Classic varietal leafy notes with bramble and forest fruits. This Cabernet Franc has an added depth and dimension to its aroma, including a hint of toasty oak. Seductive well-rounded, fresh and structured on the palate, the finish is long. This extremely versatile wine will give great pleasure from the outset and will continue to deliver for many years.
